I promised I'd post this information on the stroller recall I read on the air:
The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling about 22-thousand phil&teds brand foldable, three-wheel strollers sold in the U.S. The hinge mechanism on the company's Sport v2 and Classic v1 strollers poses a potential fingertip amputation and laceration hazard when the product is folded or unfolded. The recalled strollers were sold from April 2008 until this month. The commission says the New Zealand-based company has received three reports of parents in the U.S. catching their fingers in the hinge.
