I have to say, she handled herself well. She didn't throw a celeb tantrum because of it, she just laughed it off and kept on going. Kim K actually handled with class.
Governor Dayton has vetoed a bill that would have given crime victims more legal leeway on when they can kill someone in self-defense. Dayton says current law already allows a person to use deadly force if they reasonably believe they or someone else will be killed or seriously injured. Dayton says the Minnesota Supreme Court ruled that in such cases a person does not have to retreat. But House bill sponsor, Good Thunder Republican Tony Cornish, says there's a lot of confusion over the issue. He says people should be given some latitude in how to act against violence in their home, business or car -- rather than having to wait until someone grabs them by the throat. Cornish pledges backers will try again and again until the measure becomes law.
