This Saturday morning the Mill Pond Mile happens in New London. It's an amazing event to remember Cody Berg who died in 1999 when he was 10 years old as a result of a car/bike accident. This morning at 10:45 am, you'll get to hear from Cody's mom, Shelly Berg. Learn how Cody's family came up with the idea for the Mill Pond Mile and how they are also honoring a local fallen solider this Saturday. Thanks for your comments yesterday after you got to hear from four year old Gabbie Bollig. She's a beautiful little girl who just melts your heart. Come support Gabbie and others fighting cancer at Relay For Life tomorrow. It's at the Willmar Middle School track right off Willmar Avenue by Cash Wise. Stop by our team campsite there to play our bean bag toss for prizes plus we'll have ticket packages you can register for. All the money we raise goes to the American Cancer Society. We still have luminaries available at our studios until noon on Friday for a $10 donation. Tomorrow morning at 10:45, you'll get to meet Jess Heida from Raymond. Last July, she discovered a lump in her breast and we'll hear her cancer story.
