Family Eye and ENT Center & Q102
are excited to recognize Top Notch Teens. This is your chance to nominate area teens that are doing well in school, teens that are active in the community and teens who are genuinely kind people.

Be sure to include the student's name, their grade, their school, why you're nominating them and how we can get in touch with them. Nominate a teen today and listen for the Top Notch Teens broadcast every Friday at about 7:20 am with Tim and Todd.
At the end of the year, one of the nominated Top Notch Teens
will win a laptop computer.
