11-28-11 (Fairmont, MN)  --  Vikings stadium bill sponsor, state Senator Julie Rosen, says she's anxious to talk with the Vikings about a stadium funding plan they're touting in newspaper ads.  The Fairmont Republican says she's "a little surprised" and didn't know about the ad until she saw it last night.  The Vikings' ad contends the entire cost of a stadium would be covered by the team's proposed contribution of 407 million dollars, plus income taxes paid by Vikings players, employees and opposing players, as well as sales taxes paid by fans at the stadium.  There's a stadium hearing tomorrow (Tues 9am start) at the Capitol.
