11-28-11 (Minneapolis, MN)  --  It marks the premature end of Trevor Mbakwe's (em-BAHK'-wayz) basketball career at the University of Minnesota.  M-R-I testing shows Mbakwe, the team's leading scorer and rebounder, has a torn A-C-L and will miss the rest of the season.  The senior injured his knee during the Gophers' 86-70 loss to Dayton on Sunday.
