(Minneapolis, MN) -- The University of Minnesota football program unveiled newly-designed uniforms at a private gathering yesterday at TCF Bank Stadium. Quarterback MarQueis (mar-QWEES) Gray was one of several players who modeled the new-look football jerseys and pants. He says he really likes the new appearance. The new uniforms will provide eight different color schemes depending on which jerseys and pants the team chooses to wear each game. Maroon, gold, and white are the main color options. The Gophers last month revealed their new helmet design via the Internet. The new helmet is a matte maroon finish.
