Well it's true she is full of surprises and always comes up with something unexpected. But I would never in a million years have expected to see photos of a "natural looking" Lady Gaga, with hardly any makeup or any crazy get-ups. It seems she is constantly putting on a show and carrying out an act -- at least to me. But in her photo shoot and interview with Harper's Bazaar, Gaga says "artifice is the new reality" and that these simple looking images are just as staged as any other photo of her more elaborate costumes. I have said to friends, the only thing that will still shock us is if she comes out looking like a completely normal person. Maybe jeans and a hoodie. Well this is pretty close.. and while she looks beautiful, it is rather shocking. What do you think?
